Imperyo Reflect on 2016
As 2017 speeds ahead, sales and marketing firm Imperyo have been looking back over their achievements of 2016 and shared how these experiences have helped them to reach new heights ready for the months ahead.
There is no doubt that 2016 was a hugely transformative year for outsourced sales and marketing providers Imperyo. The Watford-based firm experienced some major changes to their business structure which over the course of the year allowed them to make significant leaps forward towards their company goals, here the firm have reviewed some of their most notable achievements.
There is no doubt that for Imperyo, 2016 was the year of travel – with the company committing to increasing their business trips throughout the year. The company travelled the length and breadth of the UK to attend some of the sales and marketing industry’s most notable events and conferences. These events were integral to the firm’s development – allowing Imperyo to connect with some of the industry’s most celebrated entrepreneurs and mentors and learn how to tackle upcoming market trends and changes to consumer behaviour. These events also played a prominent role in the professional development of the firm’s young workforce. As a valuable learning opportunity and an important source of inspiration, the company was keen throughout 2016 to take as many of their contractors with them to these events as possible. As well as helping them to improve their understanding of the industry, the firm recognised a massive increase in the focus and determination of those who attended these important industry events.
One significant event in the industry’s calendar saw the firm travel to central London for the Prestigious Sales Awards Gala. As a VIP invite-only affair, Imperyo were honoured to take part in the 2016 celebrations and even walked away with some sought after accolades.
To round up their year of travel, Imperyo embarked on their biggest business trip to date in the final quarter or 2016 – flying to Tenerife to take part in an industry-wide getaway. Taking their top performing contractors, the firm travelled to the Spanish Island’s sun-soaked coast for four days of networking, inspiring seminars and fun.
2016 was also an outstanding year for Imperyo’s growth, with the firm successfully testing new client campaigns throughout the year. Offering these test services not only helped the company to increase their reputation as a leading provider of effective sales and marketing solutions, but it also created the opportunity for them to grow their client base and work with brands from a variety of exciting sectors.
With the firm’s exposure growing and the potential for new more new clients on the cards, this year Imperyo have confirmed that there will be a greater focus on building a community based on reward and support so that they can form a workforce that shares their determination and passion for growth. Having already laid the foundations for this community spirit last year by launching some exciting incentives, which saw contractors rewarded with holidays and parties, Imperyo is confident that 2017 will be the year the firm comes together and shares a unified goal.
Overall, after their success in 2016, Imperyo is feeling upbeat and excited by the coming 12 months. While the firm is not afraid to admit that they also faced challenges last year, they are adamant that by committing to positive thinking and working together they were able to flourish and build the tenacity and attitude needed to succeed.
